30-day returns

If you are not happy with your order, contact us within 30 days of delivery for a refund or replacement. Items should be unused and in their original condition and packaging.

How to start a return

Email [email protected] with your order number and a short note on what is wrong. We will reply with the next steps within 24–48 hours.

Refunds

Once your return is received and checked, your refund is issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or is not what you ordered, we will make it right with a full refund or a free replacement — often without needing the item back. Just send a photo to [email protected].
