How long does shipping take?
Orders are prepared in 1–2 business days and most arrive within 7–15 business days. A few specialty items can take up to 3 weeks. You get a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We ship internationally, and every order includes tracking. Any import duties, where they apply, are the responsibility of the recipient.
What is your return policy?
You can return most items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or replacement, as long as they are unused and in original condition. Damaged or incorrect items are always made right. See our Returns & Refunds page.
What payment methods do you accept?
All major credit and debit cards, plus Apple Pay, Google Pay, Klarna, Affirm and Cash App Pay — all handled securely through Stripe.
Is checkout secure?
Yes. Checkout is processed by Stripe with bank-level encryption. We never see or store your card details.
How do I track my order?
You will receive a tracking link by email when your order ships. If you cannot find it, check your spam folder or email [email protected].
